  1. Apogee MiC is a condenser microphone with support for 24 bit/96kHz. The Apogee MiC combines a microphone, microphone preamp and an A/D converter into one compact device. The signal is transmitted digitally via USB/Lightning cable without the need for any additional A/D conversion. There is a gain control directly on the mic. The device is bus-powered, so no additional power source is necessary (or possible for that matter). The microphone is sold in two versions around 200 US Dollars. One version for iPad/iPhone/Mac with Lighting and USB connector and another version for Windows 10 and Mac computer without the lightning connector.
